Wireless ad-hoc network has occupied important content in the field of broadband wireless network. Traditional wireless ad-hoc network using conventional peer node, without a central controller, multiparty routing technology in the current application of pumping has been a huge success. But this kind of network is widespread shortcomings with poor reliability. In order to solve this problem, we creatively put forward a kind of based on the modified DV - HOP routing protocol the high reliability of the wireless ad-hoc network is proposed. In the protocol algorithm used for heterogeneous network integration technology is terminal technology. Through this algorithm's computer simulation and actual environment performance and function test, proved this algorithm is compared with traditional wireless ad-hoc network routing protocol algorithm has higher reliability, and it can than the current wireless ad-hoc network has an average of 500 hours continuous trouble-free working time up to 600 hours. So you can argue that this algorithm has high practical value and is worth popularizing in the field

Expression and Contribution of Insulin Signaling Pathway to the Development of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Our previous studies have demonstrated that insulin signaling pathway has an important role in the pathophysiology of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), including phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and protein kinase B signaling, which is critically implicated in insulin resistance, androgen secretion, obesity, and follicular development. PCOS manifests as defective ovarian steroid biosynthesis and hyperandrogenemia, and 50–70% of women with PCOS exhibit insulin resistance and are hyperinsulinemic, indicating that insulin resistance and hyperinsulinism may have an important role in the pathophysiology of PCOS. Therefore, the present article will review the contribution of insulin signaling pathway to the abnormal regulation of follicular growth and ovulation, which can cause corresponding reproductive endocrine diseases and affect women’s reproductive health. Exploring the mechanism of insulin signaling pathway in PCOS will help not only to understand the physiology and pathology of follicular development but also to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of PCOS

International human resource management strategies of Chinese multinationals operating abroad

Strategic international human resource management (SIHRM) is crucial for the effective leveraging of human resources in organizations to achieve the desired business strategies. There is a rich collection of studies on western multinational corporations (MNCs) in China, but few studies that explore the SIHRM of Chinese MNCs operating overseas. This study utilizes cross-level, in-depth interviews to analyse SIHRM of three large Chinese multinationals. The paper contributes to literature by addressing two contextual SIHRM issues, namely the characteristics of the SIHRM for Chinese multinationals and how their SIHRM orientation facilitates their international investment and operation. The findings indicate that organizational transformation is the starting point for latecomers matching their international HRM strategies. Their SIHRM approaches, such as forming learning organizations, reliance on host-country nationals, reconciling both home and host-country effects and promoting ‘best practices’, facilitate their international operations

The Ad Hoc Network Routing Protocol Research Based on High Stability of the Quantum Algorithm Based on Improved Grover

    No full text
The traditional GROVER quantum algorithm exists when the target state more than half the total agreement fails, when the number of target state more than a quarter of a large amount of calculation, stability, rapid deterioration. For when the number of target state more than a quarter of the algorithm is not stability problem are analyzed, and puts forward a improved algorithm by combining the DSR routing protocol is proposed. Through simulation found that the number of new GROVER quantum algorithm in the target state more than a quarter, when the amount of calculation and no more than a quarter compared with an increase of just 5 %, while the probability of successful search can reach more than 95 %, the agreement overall stability compared with the traditional GROVER quantum algorithm nearly 50 %

Rubber-tyred vehicle transport monitoring system based on physical detection mode

For problems of huge construction cost and maintenance and inability of meeting requirements of some mining areas existed in rubber-tyred vehicle transport monitoring system based on radio frequency identification technology, a rubber-tyred vehicle transport monitoring system based on physical detection mode was proposed. Overall framework of the system, rubber-tyred vehicle identification method and the system control logic were introduced. The application shows the system can identify location of rubber-tyred vehicle and has more convenient setting and maintenance than the one based on radio frequency identification technology

Tool wear investigation in high-pressure jet coolant assisted machining Ti2AlNb intermetallic alloys based on FEM

The excellent mechanical properties of Ti2AlNb intermetallic compounds are beneficial to improve the performance of aero-engine. However, because of their high strength ratio especially at high temperature along with the low thermal conductivity of Ti2AlNb, the machinability of this material is poor. In this paper, high-pressure jet cooling technology is applied for the machining of Ti2AlNb intermetallic alloys to investigate the effects of high pressure jet cooling on the machinability of Ti2AlNb. The performance associated with the cutting force, the cutting temperature, the chip morphology and the tool wear have been discussed. The results showed that the high pressure jet cooling can enhance the heat dissipation by weakening the phenomenon of bubble adsorption in the cutting area based on the FEM simulations. The high pressure jet cooling can break the chip into C-type chip and improve the chip breakage capability. It also demonstrates that the crater wear and adhesive wear near the cutting edge can be significantly reduced with the high pressure jet cooling technology. When the jet pressure reaches 10 MPa, the cutting temperature reduced 22% and the tool life improved by 89%. Mapping promoting factors and mechanisms of resilience for performance improvement:the role of strategic human resource management systems and psychological empowerment

    No full text
Based on broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions, this study posits that strategic human resource management (SHRM) systems enrich positive emotions associated with psychological empowerment and resilience and in turn, broaden employees' momentary thought-action repertoires. People with such positive psychological emotions build enduring personal resources to buffer the negative impacts of adversity and produce better performance outcomes. An integrative model is developed and examined through a two-stage structural equation modelling method of meta-analysis based on data involving 60,637 individuals in 87 independent datasets from 79 primary studies published up to September 2020. Empirical evidence suggests that psychological empowerment and resilience both independently and collectively mediate the relationship between SHRM systems and performance outcomes. This study makes an innovative attempt to incorporate theories of positive psychology into SHRM research, throwing fresh light on the promoting factors (i.e., SHRM) and psychological mechanisms (i.e., psychological empowerment) antecedent to employee resilience leading to desired performance outcomes. This study has practical implications for managers in relation to the importance of cultivating a psychologically empowered and resilient workforce, especially in difficult times such as those during the recent COVID-19 pandemic.</p
